addressing the challenge of implementing VSaaS without relying on traditional cloud infrastructure. It highlights a unique scenario in which a data center service provider assumed the role of a national <a href=\"https:\/\/aipix.ai\/value-added-services\/vsaas\">VSaaS<\/a> provider \u2014 departing from the conventional model where telecom operators typically lead such services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initiative was aimed at Internet Service Providers (ISPs), telecom operators, and enterprise clients, including retail chains and municipalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project was executed through a partnership between two companies: Aipix, a provider of telecom-focused software for <a href=\"https:\/\/aipix.ai\/value-added-services\">launching value-added services based<\/a> on cloud video surveillance, and a data center operator managing its own Tier III facility located at Central IX in the country\u2019s capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This collaboration addressed a key challenge faced by telecom providers. The turning point came when the national data center took on the primary role, traditionally held by telecom operators. This approach enabled the nationwide rollout of VSaaS, allowing telecom providers and other businesses to use cloud video surveillance services without the need to build or manage their own cloud infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading joli-heading jtoc-heading\" id=\"the-challenge-highlighting-the-question-how-to-deploy-vsaas-without-cloud\"><strong>The Challenge Highlighting the Question: <\/strong>How to Deploy VSaaS without Cloud<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Some Telecom providers and ISPs follow a leasing business model and architecture. They do not manage their own data center infrastructure and instead rent out capacity on various supplier platforms \u2013 for storage, servers etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While this approach allows operators to scale gradually, it creates difficulties when deploying new platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading joli-heading jtoc-heading\" id=\"telecom-service-providers-without-resources-for-vsaas-deployments\"><strong>Telecom Service Providers Without Resources for VSaaS Deployments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>During our talks with mid- or small-sized telecom service providers and ISPs they came across a number of problems. Most of them mentioned the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>lack of available server capacity for testing new services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>insufficient storage resources for video archives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>distributed infrastructure across different colocation providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>difficulty allocating resources for pilot projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The reason is that the cloud infrastructure was not adequate and telecom companies did not have sufficient infrastructure to launch VSaaS projects to scale or to monetize them. This despite getting enormous interest from residential developers, apartment management companies and commercial property owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It showed the necessity of a <a href=\"https:\/\/aipix.ai\/vas-platform\">VSaaS system<\/a> and that there should be a common VSaaS platform based on dedicated cloud infrastructure that can be shared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading joli-heading jtoc-heading\" id=\"the-solution-to-how-to-deploy-vsaas-without-cloud-a-centralized-vsaas-cloud-environment\"><strong>The Solution to How to Deploy VSaaS without Cloud: A Centralized VSaaS Cloud Environment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After studying the question, we found out the best solution. It included pre-configured computing, storage, and network resources, allowing them to launch services based on VSaaS without investing in data center development. It also extended scalable surveillance solutions to other markets with limited infrastructure like developers, apartment building management companies.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading joli-heading jtoc-heading\" id=\"implementation-strategy\"><strong>Implementation Strategy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>During negotiations with the partner, we established a clear cooperation framework that ultimately formed the foundation of the project.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within this strategy, the partner assumed the role of a nationwide cloud provider for VSaaS services, enabling telecom and internet service providers to launch their own <a href=\"https:\/\/aipix.ai\/blog\/en\/white-label-vsaas-software-advantages-cost-savings-why-telcos-choose-aipix\/\">branded value-added services based on cloud video surveillance<\/a>, while also offering these services directly to B2B clients. <br><br>Responsibilities were clearly divided:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading joli-heading jtoc-heading\" id=\"partner-responsibilities\"><strong>Partner responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The partner acts as the primary service provider and infrastructure operator. A strong broadband network established from this hub, enables ISPs and customers across the country to connect through it and benefit from fast, reliable data processing.
