Bringing distributed infrastructure into one system management environment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The challenge:<\/strong> Cameras, servers, users, and access devices are spread across locations, making it difficult to maintain a clear operational picture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Aipix solution:<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aipix.ai\/vas-platform\/control-center\"> Centre de contr\u00f4le Aipix<\/a> centralizes the administration, configuration, and monitoring of users, servers, devices, and integrated services. Introducing firmware changes through controlled rollouts<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The challenge:<\/strong> A new firmware version needs validation before it becomes widely available across a subscriber base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Aipix solution:<\/strong> Aipix provides a <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.aipix.ai\/en\/documentation\/aipix-26.06\/client-versions\">firmware repository<\/a> with device-type and model selection, plus separate <strong>Testing<\/strong> et <strong>Published<\/strong> availability settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A controlled workflow can follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upload firmware for the relevant Bridge or Camera (Agent) model.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make it available in Testing mode to selected users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validate its behavior in the chosen deployment environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publish the firmware for wider availability when appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrators or users then initiate the applicable updates. Publishing a firmware version controls its availability; it does not, by itself, mean every device is automatically updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bridge update interface and Camera (Agent) update interface also provide update progress, success or failure notifications, the installed version, and the last update date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For both device types, Aipix documents automatic rollback to the previous firmware when an update error occurs. Bridge must be <strong>En ligne<\/strong>, while Camera (Agent) must be <strong>Actif<\/strong> to start the update. It provides status-change information and filtering to help administrators find the affected equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For deeper investigation, Bridge device logs can be viewed and exported through its web interface for technical support. Camera (Agent) event logging is also available through the administrator\u2019s logging section. Depending on the camera\u2019s capabilities, these can include time synchronization, HD and SD video encoding, supported audio settings, and on-screen text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrators can save configurations as templates and apply them to other cameras.
