America Digital Chile 2025 opening

Q: How did you feel about your experience at America Digital overall?

Sebastian: Great feelings, good event, well organized. Good number of professionals and curious enthusiasts, business owners and opportunity seekers, all fueled these two days of innovation, knowledge and bigger and better opportunities for Chile and the LATAM region.

America Digital 2025 takeaways and thought-provoking ideas

Q: Were there any surprising takeaways or moments that challenged your previous thinking?

Sebastian: It blew my mind the disposition the region has to the adoption of AI and automation. As well as the wide array of industries interested in engaging and embracing new ways of doing things.

Challenges highlighted by participants

Q: Did you notice any recurring challenges or concerns shared among attendees, particularly in the Telco space?

Sebastian: With Aipix and from all meetings performed we heard many times the concern of support service by foreign companies. Some previous experiences with overseas companies make people hesitant or extremely careful when adopting new technologies from abroad. One good thing we have done is come all the way from Europe to show our expertise far from home, building trust and leaving a sense of robustness and responsiveness as a solution provider.

America Digital 2025 Telco to Techco panel discussion feedback

Q: You’ve attended several forums, but when it comes to the Telco to Techco panel. Which is especially relevant for us—what were your thoughts?

Sebastian: It was an interesting forum where one idea of many ideas remains in my mind, the call for action to Telcos and ISPs to dare. Dare and discover new ways of transforming their companies.

America Digital telco panel

Q: One of the key themes transitioned by Aipix is the idea of building an ecosystem of value-added services. In opposite to being just pipe for other service providers like OTT players. Was this also discussed in the panel, and what were the most impactful insights you took away from it?

Sebastian: Big players have been aiming to create a VAS ecosystem and it was the main topic of the discussion. I was happy to understand how our VSaaS fits perfectly in many of the ecosystems mentioned. Security and smart city projects are good examples of us integrating with our open API to certain environments improving the offer to B2B actors in the region.

America Digital 2025 networking opportunities

Q: At any event like this, knowledge-sharing and networking are usually top priorities. How would you rate the communication and interaction during the event?

Sebastian: Well, personally it was heart-warming to have the chance to describe our platform and hear business ideas of my fellow professionals in our mother tongue. The fact we came a long way to be represented in our main region, was something every individual was gladly surprised about. Had opportunities to engage in many 1-1 meetings, lots to digest but happy for the results and connections made.

Q: Would you say the discussions were successful and thought-provoking?

Sebastian: Absolutely, hearing and seeing them amazed about our platform and the usages they foresee for it, was truly inspiring. Many difficult but straight forward questions that were explained and go deep in our future demos.

Q: What stood out the most in terms of connections made or meaningful conversations you had?

Sebastian: The trust generated by being present. It is not easy to invest in new technologies and solutions just by expecting the client to trust blindly after hours of conversations online. This trip has reinforced our idea of being near our region, their acceptance to what we have only boosts our desire of continued growth in LATAM.

Chile digital evolution

Q: As you make your way back to your motherland, do you find yourself thinking differently about the pace of digital growth in your country? Any moments of reflection, surprise, or even amusement?

Sebastian: Incredible experience, being at home after years and trying to engage with the Telco industry in Chile got me thinking of many new ideas and made me reflect on how far we have come. We will stay around and bring our VSaaS to the whole continent, that is something I know. All together moving forward.

At Aipix, we remain committed to supporting the digital transformation of telecom businesses across LATAM with our VAS platform. We focus on AI-driven, scalable solutions for enhanced customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Excited to keep advancing innovation and progress in the region. We’re focused on demonstrating how, together with Telcos and ISPs, we can drive global innovation by providing local solutions.
